Terms of business

Deposit: A 20% deposit is required within 7 working days of functions. If, for any reason, a customer cancels their order prior to the function, the deposit is non-refundable.
Final payment: Final payment is required on completion of the event. Payment can be made by cheque payable to “Hudson’s Famous”, 59-61 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, Victoria 3065.
Credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners.
GST: All prices shown are GST inclusive.
Delivery and pickup: $11 inner Melbourne / $49.50 outer Melbourne.
Confirmation: All events catering for more than 30 guests must confirm. Final numbers must be given 48 hours prior to the event. Please note there are no refunds available should there be a reduction in final numbers within 48 hours of the event.
Lost or broken equipment: Any lost or broken equipment will be at the customer’s expense. The customer will be notified of any charges.
